What kinds of messages can I send?: Anything positive and heartfelt — birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous, graduations, long-distance love notes, get-well wishes, welcome-backs, and 'just because' surprises. If it makes someone feel seen, we'll film it.
How long are the videos?: Standard greetings are 30–60 seconds. You can add length at checkout if your message needs more room.
How fast is delivery?: Most greetings are filmed and delivered within 24-72 hours. Weather or location permits may extend the timeline — we'll keep you posted.
How does the recipient get the video?: We send a private, branded landing page link directly to their email. They can stream it in 4K and download a keepsake copy.
What if I'm not happy with the result?: We offer a free reshoot if the video misses the mark, or a full refund if a reshoot won't work for you.
Can I request a specific creator?: Today, we assign based on availability and location. Once our creator marketplace is live, you'll be able to browse and pick.
Do you film outside New York?: Not yet. New York is our first chapter — we're perfecting the experience here, then expanding city by city. Have a city in mind? Tell us; it shapes our roadmap.
When will Greetitude expand beyond NYC?: We're a global platform launching one city at a time. The next city opens once our creator and partner network in that market is ready to film at our standard.
