Greetitude is designed for positive messages. Our platform connects customers with videographers who film personalized greetings at iconic locations. We are a service provider, not a content publisher, and we do not create, edit, or control the specific wording of messages submitted by users.

You are solely responsible for the content of any message you submit through Greetitude. Messages must be respectful, lawful, and appropriate for a general audience. We reserve the right to refuse to film any message that we deem offensive, harmful, illegal, or inconsistent with the positive spirit of the platform.

By submitting a message, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use any names, trademarks, or other material included in your greeting, and that the message does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Greetitude reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, transfer, or display any greeting created through our platform, including on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content. By using the service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content for these purposes.

If you do not wish your greeting to be used for promotional purposes, you may contact us at hello@greetitude.co to request an exemption, which we may grant at our sole discretion.

Greetitude is not liable for any message submitted by a user, including but not limited to any claim that a message is defamatory, offensive, inaccurate, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We are also not liable for any privacy issue related to a submission, including the disclosure of personal information that you choose to include in your greeting.

Greetitude is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

All user data may be transferred to a third party in connection with the operation of our platform, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics providers. We may also transfer data in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

By creating an account or signing up for our services, you provide your name, email address, and phone number, and you agree to receive transactional and marketing communications from Greetitude by email and by SMS text message at the phone number you provide, including messages sent via automated technology. Transactional messages may include order confirmations, delivery updates, account notices, and support replies. Marketing messages may include promotions, new location announcements, and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message; reply HELP for help. Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase.

All purchases are final. Delivery times are estimated at 24-72 hours from the time of order confirmation and may vary based on location availability, weather conditions, and creator schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
